Ingredients
- Lobster 1pc 400g
- Tomatoes 2pcs 150g
- Shallots 2 pcs (chopped)
- Garlic cloves (chopped)
- Red wine 50ml
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Butter 60g
Directions
- Dice the tomatoes, add to the baking tray together with the shallots and garlics, pour in the red wine, and season with salt.
- Cut the lobster sideways in half, and place on top of the tomatoes. Add 2 small lumps of butter onto the lobster, put the baking tray in the Airfryer and cook for 8 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove the lobster, add the rest of the butter in the cooked tomatoes, cook for another 4 minutes until the sauce is thickened.
- Pour the sauce alongside the lobster to serve.
